Regarding the add on software Genelines: one line of my ancestors migrated from England to VA>KY>AL>MS>TX in the years 1640 to 1880. The Timelines feature include national regional and local information. Local means state, county, or what? And what types of events are included, ie, inventions, politics, medical break throughs, migration, etc ?

Doyce - a comprehensive listing of the available timelines is available at http://www.progenygenealogy.com/genelines_fileexchange.html.
